Automotive Service Technician(s)- Second Shift (2 PM - 9 PM) Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician on our new second shift, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. We are seeking dedicated and skilled technicians to help us grow and maintain our reputation for quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Document all work performed accurately in our system Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a supportive and forward-thinking company. Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Line Technicians:
Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
B Level Technicians:
Several years of experience as an automotive technician with a solid skill set Proficiency in diagnosing complex vehicle issues Certification from an accredited automotive program (e.g., ASE certification) Ability to mentor junior technicians and assist with training Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Express Technicians:
Experience with quick turnaround repairs and maintenance Ability to perform routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Good communication skills to explain repairs to customers Ability to work efficiently under time constraints Valid driver's license and clean driving record
