Are you passionate about cars and love working with people? Braden CDJR is looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our service team in Gallipolis, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, both in person and over the phone.
• Work closely with service and parts teams to ensure proper inventory for customer repairs.
• Proactively communicate product availability and service needs to management.
• Follow up on all customer requests.
• Follow up on all service calls/receipts/calls with customers.
• Follow up on all service calls/receipts/calls with employees.
• Follow up on all open service calls/receipts/calls with customers and employees.
• Follow up on all open tickets.

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required!

Education & Experience:

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred. Previous Automotive experience required High School Diploma or equivalent required. Basic knowledge in automotive repair, general repair shop, and diesel engine repair preferred. Basic knowledge in transmission, differential, exhaust system, fuel system, electrical systems preferred. Experience in a dealership environment preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
