Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Semi Trailer Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of semi trailers to ensure safe and efficient operations. Your expertise will help keep our trucks on the road and our operations running smoothly, supporting our commitment to reliable service across the nation. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on semi trailers, including air brake systems, suspensions, hydraulics, and electrical components Conduct repairs and maintenance on trailers such as brake repairs, shocks & struts replacement, and suspension servicing Fabricate parts or modify equipment using welding, soldering, and power tools to meet operational needs Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed Assist with tire service, and general vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance Skills Proven experience in dealership or heavy equipment repair with a strong mechanical background Knowledge of electrical diagnostics Skilled in fabrication techniques including welding and soldering Proficient with hand tools and power tools Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Join us as a Semi Trailer Mechanic to be part of a team that values expertise, safety, and efficiency.
