Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle care and repair services. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a trusted service experience for our customers. You will be required to work on engines, electrical systems, A/C, Suspension/ Steering Components, Transmissions and write up estimates/ talk to customers. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, powertrains, electrical systems. Conduct wheel alignments, brake repairs, diesel engine repairs, and welding as needed to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble vehicles with precision. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and communicate repair findings clearly to customers. Ensure vehicles meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards through thorough inspections and quality control checks. Experience Proven dealership or service center experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician for 3-5 years minimum. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, powertrains, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with GM, Ford, Honda, Toyota, vehicles or similar makes is advantageous; diesel engine repair experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Previous experience in auto estimating processes and working with automotive service management systems is preferred. Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
