RSS has been in business for over 32 years, and has nearly 400 team members located in 17 states! We are currently looking to expand our team in the Marysville, OH area. About the Job A successful candidate for this position must be an experienced, Mobile Trailer Mechanic , with a strong understanding of semi-trailer diagnostics and repair. Someone who is self-motivated, safety-minded, and is able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. Benefits $23-$30/hour - commensurate with experience. Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses after 90 days. Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm DAYS! Paid holidays and vacations time. 401(k) after 1 year. Overtime after 40 hours. Bi-weekly paychecks. Responsibilities Inspect and diagnose all trailer systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components. Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including but not limited to: ABS, frame, body, doors, tires and electrical systems. Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service. Maintain positive working relationships with customers. Properly operate the mobile Service Truck . Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck. Requirements Must have experience as a Trailer Mechanic. Outdoor, mobile service truck position.
