Competitive pay:

$25-$32/hour (based on experience) Day shift: Monday-Friday 9pm-6pm/10am-6pm Home daily Overtime pay after 40 hours Quarterly safety & performance bonuses (after 90 days) Bi-weekly pay Clothing & boot allowance (after 90 days) Paid holidays & vacation 401(k) after 1 year Job Summary As a Mobile Trailer Mechanic , you will travel to customer sites in a mobile service truck to perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on tractor trailer equipment. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, safety-conscious trailer mechanic who enjoys working independently, outdoors, and directly supporting fleet operations. You'll be responsible for keeping our customers' trailers and fleets on the road by delivering high-quality, timely repairs in the field. Key Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair truck and trailer systems Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements Operate and maintain a mobile service truck Ensure compliance with all safety and DOT regulations Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Maintain accurate service and repair documentation Weekend and on-call availability as needed Requirements Trailer repair experience required Valid driver's license Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to be on-call Apply Today Join a stable, growing company that values skilled technicians and offers long-term career opportunities.
