Requirements:
What You'll Do as an
Automotive Technician:
Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of luxury, performance, European, and domestic vehicles Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary maintenance and repair needs Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer and dealership standards Utilize factory scan tools and advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle concerns Perform routine maintenance as well as complex mechanical and electrical repairs Document inspection findings, diagnoses, and completed repairs accurately Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Properly care for customer vehicles, tools, and dealership equipment Stay current on evolving vehicle technology, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques Participate in training and professional development opportunities Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and other technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience As a

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 3+ years of automotive technician experience Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing a variety of vehicle makes and models Ability to accurately diagnose and complete repairs in a fast-paced service environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Must have own tools appropriate for the position Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen European and highline vehicle experience preferred ASE certifications preferred Brand-specific experience with manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, or similar luxury/performance brands preferred
