Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing a positive rapport. Effectively communicate with customers to understand their automotive requests and concerns to document a repair order. Follow up on each repair, keeping customers informed of progress, and notifying customers when vehicles are ready for pick up. Consult with technicians to determine appropriate maintenance and repair services. Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs. Coordinate and schedule service appointments to ensure efficient workflow. Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and customer, and address any questions or concerns. Ensure accurate billing and payment collection for services rendered. Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Prior CDK experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a demanding environment. Automotive knowledge and familiarity with maintenance and repair processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A valid driver's license and ability to maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
