Compensation:
Competitive pay/Weekly (pay based on experience and certifications) Monday through Friday 8-5 (NOWEEKENDS

Employee discounts on parts, services, and vehicle purchases Paid training and continuing education Key responsibilities may include: Thoroughly examining customer vehicles to identify potential issues and necessary maintenance services. Utilizing diagnostic tools to accurately pinpoint the cause of vehicle problems. Performing repairs and maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, engine tune-ups, electrical repairs, and more. Requesting required parts from the parts department to complete repairs. Providing accurate labor estimates to the service advisor based on diagnosed issues. Clearly communicating repair details and necessary additional services to the service advisor. Maintaining detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and customer information. Adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards for repairs. Participating in ongoing training to stay updated on new vehicle technology and repair procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and transmission. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools to identify vehicle problems. Ability to perform a wide range of automotive repairs efficiently and accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and explain repair needs. Meticulous approach to ensure all repairs are completed correctly. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy parts and working in various positions.
