A Level Qualifications or Requirements:
3 years experience as an Automotive Technician required ASE certification a plus A valid driver's license High school diploma / Industry certification equivalent required Technician must have strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools and diagnostics Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics required Comprehensive air conditioning servicing required Essential Automotive Technician -
A Level Functions:
Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair. Perform vehicle repairs within your current capability/skill level Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. Communicates with service advisors if additional work is needed. Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order Road tests vehicles after all repairs Performs additional related duties as required and assigned
