Duties:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle concerns. Assess vehicle issues through effective communication with customers and technicians, utilizing automotive diagnostics knowledge. Prepare detailed service estimates, including auto estimating and service writing, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, suspension repairs, brake repairs, and transmission work to maximize customer value. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services. Manage vehicle repair orders from start to finish, maintaining clear documentation of work performed. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business. Maintain a thorough understanding of dealership offerings, automotive repair procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience is required Auto Dealership experience preferred Auto Estimating, Auto Sales, Auto Technician / Mechanic, Warranty / Insurance Adjuster, or Service Advisor experience in RV, Powersport, Motorsport, or other related industry will also be considered! Automotive repair experience including oil changes and tire services is beneficial but not mandatory.
