We're growing and looking for skilled, motivated Automotive Technicians to join our high-performing, no-drama team. We work on all makes and models—from domestic and Asian to European—using modern equipment, OEM scan tools, and dealer-level technology. What We Offer Flat rate pay: up to $175k+ potential annually (based on experience, certifications, and productivity) No weekends—ever 6 Paid holidays 1 week PTO after 6 months 2 weeks PTO after 12 months Company paid training Health insurance stipend 3% IRA match Consistent workflow with a strong, loyal customer base Clean, organized, climate-controlled shop Modern equipment and up-to-date diagnostic tools Respectful, professional culture that values your input Family-owned and operated What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain) High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability Responsibilities Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles Use diagnostic tools, technical data, and repair software effectively Conduct inspections and recommend services based on vehicle condition and mileage Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and overall team performance Assist with quality control and occasional vehicle cleaning as needed Stay flexible and contribute where needed Physical & Technical Requirements Ability to lift 45+ lbs without assistance Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the day Proficient in mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and inspections Comfortable using diagnostic software and shop management systems Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM
  • 5:30 PM.
No weekends
