Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle care! In this energetic role, you'll perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely, while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Perform minor mechanical repairs such as brake adjustments, belt replacements, and other standard passenger car maintenance tasks Assist with wheel alignments and tire service to ensure optimal vehicle performance Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance procedures according to manufacturer specifications Maintain detailed records of all services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers or service advisors Support automotive diagnostics to identify issues requiring further repair or inspection Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger vehicles is essential Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and fluid replacement procedures Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment safely Physical ability to lift heavy parts and equipment regularly during vehicle servicing Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards sales and vehicle maintenance recommendations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in automotive repair.
