$1400 to $1600 per weekSchedule:
Monday to Thursday- Four day work week! About the Shop This shop is a high-level automotive repair facility specializing in complex diagnostics and difficult-to-solve vehicle issues. We are seeking an experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician with a strong background in heavy electrical diagnostics, module communication systems, and advanced drivability concerns. This is not a parts-changer position. We are looking for a true diagnostic professional who enjoys solving complex electrical problems and takes pride in accurate root-cause analysis. No Heavy Line Work! Primary Responsibilities Diagnose complex electrical and electronic system failures Perform advanced testing on CAN/LIN networks, modules, sensors, wiring, and communication systems Troubleshoot intermittent electrical concerns and parasitic battery drains Diagnose drivability, charging, starting, and performance-related issues Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, scan tools, wiring diagrams, and OEM service information daily Perform voltage drop testing, signal analysis, and circuit integrity testing Accurately document findings and repair recommendations Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications Assist and mentor other technicians on diagnostic procedures when needed Qualifications 8+ years of advanced automotive diagnostic experience Strong electrical diagnostic skillset required Proven ability to diagnose: CAN bus/network communication failures Module and wiring faults Intermittent electrical problems Charging and starting system issues Advanced drivability concerns Experience using lab scopes and advanced diagnostic equipment ASE certifications preferred (L1/L3 highly valued) Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and OEM service information efficiently Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits $1400 to $1600 salary per week Paid weekly Health insurance Paid holidays Paid time off Paid training, including travel when needed Certification reimbursement Uniforms provided Toolboxes provided Additional benefits many shops do not typically offer Why This Opportunity Stands Out 4-day work week with Monday-Thursday schedule 3-day weekends every week Extremely clean, climate-controlled facility Modern, well-maintained equipment Family-owned atmosphere with a drama-free culture Professional, organized shop focused on doing things the right way Built for long-term careers, not burnout Supportive team environment where technicians are valued Ideal Candidate You thrive on solving difficult electrical and drivability problems that others cannot figure out.
