RV Service Advisor Bell Camper Sales of Tulsa is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team. We are a family-owned business with a friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere—not a corporate environment. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers, technicians, parts department, and warranty companies. This position is a good fit for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and can keep several jobs moving at the same time. Compensation Estimated first-year earnings of $35,000-$50,000 $12-per-hour base pay Monthly performance bonus based on completed and paid service tickets Overtime pay for Saturdays and all hours worked over 40 per week Opportunity to earn more as you gain experience and grow in the position Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. One Saturday per month Full-time position Responsibilities Greet service customers and provide friendly, professional customer service Listen to customers' concerns and document them accurately Schedule service appointments Prepare repair orders and estimates Dispatch work to technicians and follow each job through completion Keep customers updated on the status of their RV Communicate with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving Work with manufacturers, extended-warranty providers, and other warranty companies Review completed work and explain repairs and charges to customers Process payments and close completed service tickets Maintain accurate customer records and service histories Qualifications Previous service-writing, service-advising, or related customer-service experience Strong communication and customer-service skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders at the same time Comfortable using computers for scheduling, recordkeeping, and payment processing Ability to communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and coworkers RV experience is preferred but not required Benefits Health insurance eligibility after 60 days Paid time off after one year 401(k) eligibility after one year If you are dependable, organized, and enjoy helping customers, we would like to hear from you.
