Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation:
Greet customers, collect vehicle information, and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance based on vehicle history
Service Coordination:
Schedule appointments, open service orders, and manage the daily workflow for the technician team
Communication:
Provide clear updates to customers regarding vehicle status, technical concerns, and warranty coverage
Relationship Management:
Build long-term trust and loyalty through transparent communication and exceptional hospitality
Documentation:
Ensure all service orders and related paperwork are accurate and compliant with company standards
Qualifications:
Experience:
1+ years of experience as an automotive
Service Advisor Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical repairs to non-technical customers
Technical Skills:
Proficient in dealer management software and service scheduling software
Attributes:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean record and the physical ability to perform duties in a shop environment
