Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance tasks, primarily focusing on oil changes and tire services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for automotive care, ensuring that each customer receives top-notch service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and other routine vehicle maintenance services efficiently and accurately. Conduct tire services, including installation, rotation, and balancing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist in automotive diagnostics as needed, identifying potential issues for further inspection. Uphold dealership standards while performing all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall productivity. Engage in sales opportunities by promoting additional services to customers based on their vehicle needs. Requirements Previous experience in automotive maintenance or as a mechanic is preferred but not required. Knowledge of oil change procedures and tire service techniques is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle servicing tasks. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment is a plus. A commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards while adhering to safety protocols. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in vehicle maintenance and repair.
