Job Roles:

The ability to communicate objectives and promise times to customers and co workers The ability to work with service computer systems like CDK Drive, X-time, etc A team first attitude to deliver exceptional work to our customer Maintain open lines of communications with customers to achieve their expectations Ability to upsell clients on needed repairs and maintenance to serve the needs of our customers and optimize dealer revenues Maintain a clean and effective work station Become a cohesive member of our top performing team

Candidate Expectations:

At least one year as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar position Professional demeanor and presentation Valid Drivers License GM experience a huge plus but not required Must be able to pass a DMV license check and background check Must have steady and verifiable work history Must be able to work well as a leader in a team atmosphere

$45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
