Responsibilities:

•Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Listen to customer concerns and communicate repair needs to technicians Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended services Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Coordinate vehicle pick-up and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate service records and appointments

Qualifications:

Entry-level position - we're willing to train the right person Automotive service advisor experience is a plus , but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills Valid driver's license required
