As a Powersports Technician, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining, repairing, and optimizing a wide variety of recreational vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and Snowmobiles. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools and techniques Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, and vehicle inspections Repair and replace components including brakes, suspension parts, engines, and electrical systems Conduct vehicle assembly following manufacturer specifications to ensure safety and performance standards are met Assist customers by explaining repairs or maintenance needs clearly and professionally Skills Proven dealership experience or service technician background in powersports or automotive repair Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair processes Proficiency in automotive diagnostics to identify issues efficiently Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive assembly equipment effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Powersports Technician and fuel your passion for adventure!
