We believe in quality work, honest communication, and developing skilled technicians through hands-on learning and mentorship. We're looking for an enthusiastic C-Level Technician (Apprentice) ready to start or grow a career in the automotive industry. This entry-level position provides structured training, mentoring, and advancement opportunities in a professional, supportive environment. Position Summary The Technician C-Level assists with inspections, maintenance, and light repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians. This is a learning role designed to build foundational technical skills, knowledge of shop operations, and professionalism needed for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with vehicle check-ins, inspections, and routine maintenance. Train under A- and B-Level Technicians to learn diagnostic and repair procedures. Attend training sessions and actively seek feedback for improvement. Follow repair orders and document completed work accurately. Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and equipment care. Follow all safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of automotive or mechanical experience (technical school a plus). Strong interest in pursuing a career in automotive repair. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
