What You'll Do Inspect and recondition used vehicles from a variety of manufacturers Complete comprehensive mechanical and safety inspections Diagnose electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission concerns Perform brake, steering, and suspension repairs Complete scheduled maintenance and fluid services Diagnose warning lights, noises, vibrations, leaks, and performance concerns Identify safety, reliability, and reconditioning needs Prioritize repairs necessary to make vehicles safe and frontline-ready Verify vehicle condition with thorough post-repair quality-control checks Document findings, estimates, and completed repairs accurately Work closely with used-vehicle managers, service advisors, and parts personnel Complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What We're Looking For At least three years of professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience Strong experience working on multiple makes and models Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic skills Experience with engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension Ability to use scan tools, wiring diagrams, repair information, and diagnostic equipment Ability to perform thorough used-vehicle and safety inspections Professional automotive tool set Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Current ASE certification is highly preferred Automotive technical-school training is preferred Toyota or dealership experience is a plus What's in It for You?
