In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining BMW vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians passionate about BMW to showcase their technical proficiency and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using ISTA as well as other diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues across BMW vehicle systems. Repair and maintain various vehicle components including powertrain, transmission, suspension systems, electrical systems. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure proper system operation. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and tire rotations with attention to detail. Repair or replace vehicle transmission systems, gas and diesel engines, and other mechanical components. Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate auto estimating and communicate repair procedures clearly to customers. Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive repair procedures specific to BMW models while adhering to dealership standards for quality and safety. Requirements Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician with a strong background in BMW or similar luxury brands. Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical systems. Mechanical knowledge of powertrains, vehicle maintenance procedures, gas and diesel engine repair, and automotive electrical systems. The ability to explain technical issues clearly to advisors. Valid certifications in automotive repair; ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to interpret complex automotive wiring diagrams and troubleshoot vehicle systems efficiently. Join our team where your skills will be valued!
