Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Express Technician to join our tight-knit service team. In this dual-impact role, you'll be a crucial part of our operation by prepping our pre-owned inventory to get them retail-ready for sale, while also helping take top-notch care of our service center customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Express Care:

Performing precision oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements.

Brake Service:

Executing complete brake jobs (replacing pads, rotors, and basic hardware).

Light Mechanics:

Handling basic part replacements, swapping light bulbs, and performing light mechanical diagnostics.

Vehicle Inspections:

Conducting thorough multi-point inspections to identify maintenance and reconditioning needs.

Documentation:

Accurately noting vehicle conditions to help our service advisors build trust with customers.

Shop Pride:

Keeping your designated bay clean, safe, and highly organized.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

A few years of express lane or lube tech experience is preferred, but a stellar attitude and strong mechanical aptitude go a long way.

Tools:

Must possess your own basic set of tools to efficiently handle daily express maintenance tasks.

Skills:

A solid, confident understanding of foundational automotive maintenance (oil, fluids, and brakes).

Attributes:

Reliability, sharp attention to detail, pride in your workmanship, and a team-first mindset.

License:

A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record is required.
