Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests and inspections on RVs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
• Repair and maintain RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
• Install and repair RV components, such as awnings, slide-outs, and leveling systems
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
• Solder and weld components as needed for repairs
• Perform auto body repairs on RVs, including fiberglass repair and painting
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an RV technician
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Knowledge of RV systems and components
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Valid driver's license
