In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle maintenance, repairs, and tire services to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Conduct tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs to ensure safe and reliable driving conditions Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements Diagnose automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics to identify mechanical or electrical problems Repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, shocks & struts, steering components, and wheel alignments Service powertrain components including transmissions, differentials, and diesel engines with precision and care Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive electrical systems to complete repairs efficiently Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics for complex repairs such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and auto body repairs Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and procedures Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations while delivering excellent customer service Requirements Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry or dealership environment with a strong mechanical background Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools Hands-on experience with tire service, brake repair, suspension systems, transmissions, and powertrain repairs Familiarity with diesel engine repair, heavy equipment mechanics, and auto body repair is a plus Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for complex repairs such as ADAS calibration or auto estimating procedures Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients Valid certifications or experience in dealership settings preferred; certifications in automotive electrical systems or diesel mechanics are advantageous Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment while delivering high-quality automotive service Join our team as a Tires & Automotive Technician where your skills will make a real difference!
