Job Description
About us We are a local, family owned and operated business in Woodburn, Oregon. Our team stands by four main principles in everything we do: Value, Professionalism, Transparency, and Safety. Our Mechanical department offers full maintenance and repairs, tires, suspension and brakes. We value, care, and respect our technicians because we understand that they are at the forefront of accomplishing our company's mission; to provide safe, quality repairs. We take pride in providing a setting in our shop that focuses on everyone working together towards a common goal that is beneficial and rewarding for our technicians and their families. Job Description We are looking for B-level automotive technicians to join our growing team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Ability to diagnose and repair passenger vehicles and light duty trucks (i.e.: problems with engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and similar systems)
- Complete repairs following manufactures specifications and guidelines.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Complete various types of inspections (visual, hands-on, test drive) Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with insurable record.
- ASE certification , or a degree from an automotive technical training school, or 2+ years of experience in a professional shop.
- On-going training/certifications required (paid by shop).
- Knowledgeable with Alldata or Mitchel automotive programs.
- Must have your own tools. Shop will provide major tools and equipment needed.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
