Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, suspension, transmission, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, vehicle suspension systems, electrical wiring diagrams interpretation, and other mechanical components with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to execute repairs such as wheel alignments, vehicle suspension system repairs, welding, and component replacements. Interpret automotive schematics and wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot complex electrical issues within automotive electrical systems. Repair and maintain diesel engines and GM vehicles, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Document all work performed meticulously for auto estimating purposes and maintain detailed service records to support ongoing vehicle maintenance needs. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and vehicle systems troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with automotive electrical systems, transmissions, powertrain components, and vehicle suspension system repair. Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools, power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment. Mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately. Experience working on GM vehicles or diesel engines is highly desirable. Valid Pa Inspection license And Emissions License A Must relevant certifications such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) are a plus.
