RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule and manage daily service appointments Clearly document customer vehicle concerns to support accurate technician diagnostics Consult with customers on recommended maintenance and repair needs Document declined services and recommend follow-up at future visits Communicate regularly with customers regarding timelines, service expenses, and status updates Oversee vehicle delivery to customers and ensure all concerns are fully addressed Review multi-point inspections and advise customers on upcoming service needs Maintain solid product knowledge to answer operational or vehicle-related questions Keep work area neat, clean, and organized

REQUIREMENTS

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-service mindset Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a busy shop environment Prior Service Advisor experience (required) Valid driver's license
