We are currently hiring Automotive Technicians to join our growing service team. Whether you're an experienced professional or just getting started with your PA Inspection License , we have multiple opportunities available and want to talk to you $4,000 Signing Bonus Available ($500 at 90 days, $500 at 6 months, $3,000 at 12 months) Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair work according to dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including: Engine Transmission Electrical Steering & Suspension Brakes Air Conditioning And more Communicate mechanical diagnoses and repairs clearly to service advisors Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology Maintain efficiency and quality standards in a fast-paced, busy shop environment Qualifications Multiple positions available ranging from Entry-Level Lube Technician to Ford/Lincoln Master Certified Technician Experience as an automotive technician OR recent automotive/trade school completion ASE Certifications (Preferred but not required) PA State Inspection License (Required) Valid Driver's License Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Commitment to high customer satisfaction Benefits Competitive Pay — Guaranteed Hourly + Productivity Bonus Busy Shop — Work Available Year-Round 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Employee Vehicle Purchase Discounts Open-Door Management Policy Family-Owned & Operated 22-
