Diesel Mechanic We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Diesel Mechanic for our 2nd shift to join our team at our Chambersburg, PA location. If you are experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with heavy diesel trucks and machinery, we want to hear from you! Why Join Us?
Competitive pay:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests and inspections on heavy diesel trucks (including Kenworth and Paccar engines ) and Yellow Iron equipment Conduct preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on hydraulic, electrical, suspension, brake, and air systems Use diagnostic software to interpret failure modes and recommend or carry out necessary repairs Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts orders, and preventive maintenance activities Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers to prioritize workloads and ensure high-quality service Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies, including OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic working with heavy-duty trucks and equipment Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with Kenworth and Paccar engines Extensive knowledge of air brakes, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, welding, and Yellow Iron machinery Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple repair projects Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

Schedule:
