Job Description We are currently hiring a motivated B-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role is designed for an experienced technician who can perform accurate diagnostics and repairs while continuing to build expertise through training and mentorship. Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance and mid-level repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems Diagnose and repair drivability issues under supervision when needed Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle systems Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and time estimates Maintain accurate repair orders and follow dealership processes Ensure a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines Continue building technical skills through Ford and ASE training programs Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an automotive service technician preferred Ford certifications a plus Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and repair procedures Proven ability to perform mid-level repairs accurately and efficiently Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits Health, medical, and dental coverage Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities and paid training Employee vehicle purchase discounts Long-term job security Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Breneman Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
