In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site battery replacement, diagnostics, and maintenance services for a variety of cars and light trucks. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional, and high-quality service directly at customer locations or designated sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your mechanical skills and customer service abilities will shine. If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a team that values safety and innovation, this role is perfect for you! Duties Perform battery replacements, repairs, and diagnostics on mobile devices and equipment at customer locations or designated sites. Follow safety regulations rigorously during all repair procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and repairs performed for each job. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair processes, timelines, and safety precautions. Experience working with vehicle maintenance or automotive electrical systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of safety regulations related to mechanical repair and manual handling procedures. Prior experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.
