What You Bring:
Proven success as an automotive service advisor (2+ years preferred) Strong customer service and sales skills Knowledge of repair order process, estimates, and warranty policies Ability to translate "car speak" into plain English for customers A sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism A passion for cars, people, and doing the job right
