Job Description
We're Not Looking for Beginners We're opening a high volume used car dealership in Hanover and looking for a skilled, experienced technician to join the team. If you need training on basics, this isn't the spot. If you can diagnose, move fast, and get jobs done right, you'll fit in. What You'll Do PA Inspections & Emissions Diagnostics (engine, electrical, drivability issues) Suspension, brakes, engine repairs Reconditioning dealership inventory Keep jobs moving efficiently, no babysitting What We Expect 2+ years experience minimum (real shop experience) Can diagnose problems, not just replace parts PA Inspection License ( preferred ) Shows up, works hard, gets jobs done No excuses, no constant callbacks Pay $24•40 hour based on skill Bonus opportunities based on productivity Plenty of hours available (no slow weeks) Why Techs Stay Here Constant workflow (you won't be standing around) No micromanagement Straightforward environment, come in, work, get paid Growing dealership = opportunity to move up
