In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and their vehicles are operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections on vehicles to identify issues accurately. Execute repairs on various automotive systems including powertrain, electrical, and mechanical components. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to maintain high-quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with teammates about repairs needed and completed. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of basic automotive systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
