2-5+ years Position Summary Promotive is hiring a General Service / C Level Automotive Technician for a well-established, high-performing shop in Hatfield, PA. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position offering competitive hourly pay, strong benefits, and a clean, professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services Complete brake repairs, suspension work, and basic mechanical repairs Assist with inspections and identify additional service needs Support A-Level/Master Technicians with more advanced diagnostics and repairs Perform Pennsylvania State Inspections (or willingness to obtain) Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using tablets Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow proper repair procedures and ensure quality workmanship Qualifications 2-5+ years of experience as an automotive technician or general service technician Solid understanding of basic automotive systems (brakes, suspension, maintenance) Desire to learn and grow into a higher-level technician role ASE certifications are a plus (not required) PA State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $25.00•$30.00/hr.
