Auto Detail Technician

We pride ourselves on attention to detail, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Detail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for automobiles and takes pride in transforming vehicles to their best possible condition through meticulous cleaning and detailing processes. Duties Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services Apply paint correction techniques including polishing and buffing Apply ceramic coatings and paint protection films Conduct thorough engine bay cleaning Utilize steam cleaning for interiors and upholstery Maintain detailing equipment and supplies inventory Follow company protocols for customer vehicle handling Document before/after results for quality control Required Qualifications Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Valid driver's license with clean record Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds Preferred Qualifications IDA (International Detailing Association) Certification Experience with high-end or exotic vehicles Knowledge of ceramic coating application Experience with paint correction techniques Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Experience with car wash procedures, detailing, buffing, and cleaning techniques Knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices applicable to auto detailing environments Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with window tinting processes is a plus Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $20+ based on experience Performance-based bonuses Employee discounts on detailing services
