Automotive Service Advisor Monday-Friday schedule. No weekends. Martin's Auto Service in Landisburg, PA is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Also known as a Service Writer , this role is the hub of our shop—working directly with customers and technicians to keep everything running smoothly from check-in to final delivery. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a solid, no-drama team, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience Answer phones and schedule service appointments Write repair orders and build estimates Clearly explain recommended services and timelines Order parts and coordinate with technicians Keep workflow organized and moving efficiently What We're Looking For Customer service experience required Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable using computers and shop software Organized, dependable, and team-oriented Automotive knowledge is a plus (we can help you learn) Pay & Schedule $40,000 - $80,000 per year , based on experience and performance Full-time position Monday - Friday (No weekends) Benefits & Perks Paid time off and holidays Retirement savings plan with employer match Employee discount on parts and repairs for personal vehicles Health and dental insurance are not currently offered.
