Our goal is simple:
take care of the customer by providing honest service done with excellence. We're hiring multiple technicians and are open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Whether you're already an experienced technician or someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who is eager to learn, we'll provide opportunities to grow. Our long term goal is to develop team members into skilled installers. What You'll Do Assemble snowplows and related equipment for customer orders. Prep used equipment to be ready for re-sale. Assist our installers as needed. Disassemble and inspect hydraulic pumps and prep for our rebuilder. Assist as needed with prepping equipment for freight deliveries. Learn equipment troubleshooting, electrical wiring, hydraulics, and installation techniques from our seasoned installers with the expectation that one day you'll take on installs, as you are ready. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop. Pitch in wherever needed because we're a team and everyone helps each other. Communicate honestly with your team lead about what's done, what's not, and what you need. What Growth Looks Like Start as an assistant or assembler, depending on your skills and experience. As you learn our products and prove you can do quality work independently, you could move into installation
