Logistics Specialist & Fleet Care Coordinator Mercer, PA 19 Mar 2026 22422817 Summary Mercer, PA In-Person $14.00 per Hour 0 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 30.00 hours per week / Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Rotation Shift / Full-Time Description We are looking for a highly organized Logistics Specialist & Fleet Care Coordinator to serve as the heartbeat of our daily operations. In this dual-purpose role, you'll be talking with passengers, scheduling and dispatching rides, as well as ensuring our mobile workspaces (our vans) are pristine, fully equipped, and ready to deliver top-tier service. You are the bridge between our drivers in the field and the logistics that keep them moving.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule daily routes for maximum efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming callers, providing a professional first impression of the company. Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to accommodate emergencies or delays. Perform frequent audits of vans to ensure all amenities and supplies are present. Conduct regular interior and exterior inspections/cleanings to maintain a professional brand image.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, and logistics, preferred. An eye for detail and a belief that "organized is efficient". Willingness to be active, move inventory, and perform light cleaning of vehicles.
Skills Required:
Proficiency with GPS/Google Maps Excellent communication skills and concise coordination between drivers and management to ensure expectations are met. Ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly via phone, text, or in person. How to
