We specialize in the service and repair of fine European automobiles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche, and Land Rover. Our shop is equipped with factory-level diagnostic software and state-of-the-art equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose & Repair:
Perform accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs on European vehicles (mechanical, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and braking systems).
Advanced Diagnostics:
Utilize factory-level and aftermarket scan tools to troubleshoot complex drivability, CAN-bus, and electrical issues.
Digital Inspections:
Conduct thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) to accurately document vehicle health and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.
Quality Control:
Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure they meet our strict safety and performance standards.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training and certifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience specializing in European brands (BMW, Mercedes, Audi/VW, Porsche, etc.) preferred but not required.
Certifications:
ASE Certifications are highly preferred; factory training/certifications are a massive plus. Willingness to pursue certifications a must.
Tools:
Must possess a comprehensive set of personal tools appropriate for the trade.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and digital shop management systems.
Mindset:
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, clean workspace habits, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
