Fleet Repair Solutions is hiring experienced Mobile Trailer Service Technicians to support medium- and heavy-duty fleets in the Newville, PA area. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on work, independent problem-solving, and delivering reliable repairs in the field. Pay:

Up to $35/hour Weekly pay Monthly performance bonus program (earn up to $12,000 per year ) Overtime opportunities available

Shift:

2:00 PM - 12:00 AM Position Responsibilities In this mobile role, you'll be responsible for keeping fleet trailers safe, compliant, and road-ready by: Performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on trailers Diagnosing mechanical and structural issues efficiently Using digital systems and software to document work orders and repairs Following safety guidelines and industry compliance standards Communicating clearly with team members and leadership to ensure job completion What We're Looking For 1+ year of trailer maintenance or repair experience CDL preferred but not required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a mobile environment Why Fleet Repair Solutions?
