Joe Davis Autosport is a reputable, independently owned European auto repair shop with over 35 years of experience serving our community. We specialize in high-quality service, diagnostics, and repair for European vehicles, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term customer relationships. Our shop is known for technical excellence, a loyal customer base, and a team-oriented, professional work environment. Overview We are seeking a motivated C-Level Automotive Technician who is eager to grow their skills in the European automotive industry while working in a professional, team-oriented environment. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in automotive repair who wants hands-on training, real diagnostic exposure, and a long-term career path in European auto repair. The Technician will assist with maintenance, inspections, and repair work while learning advanced diagnostic and repair procedures from experienced technicians and leadership. Responsibilities Perform basic repair and maintenance services on European vehicles Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and more complex repairs Complete oil services, tire services, brake work, inspections, and general maintenance Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Follow shop procedures, safety standards, and quality control processes Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle status and repair progress Continue developing technical skills through training and hands-on experience Experience 1-3 years of automotive repair experience preferred Automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems European vehicle experience is a plus Automotive schooling, trade school, or hands-on shop experience preferred Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record Diagnostic and repair tool knowledge Desire to build a long-term career in the automotive industry What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level Stable, long-standing shop with an excellent reputation Clean, well-equipped facility with quality tools and equipment Supportive, knowledgeable team and positive work culture Opportunities for continued training and professional growth Long-term career potential with a respected independent shop
