Now, we're hiring a full-time Fleet Service and Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our Reading, PA team, keep our work trucks and vehicles in peak operating condition, and be part of a hardworking construction crew when needed. We're offering excellent benefits and a competitive salary of $25

• $35/hour (based on experience and qualifications)!

Your Day-to-Day as our

Fleet Service and Heavy Equipment Mechanic:

Accurately diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in various vehicles, trucks, and heavy machinery Performing exceptional repairs and maintenance to fully address problems and prevent future breakdowns Completing routine inspections and performing preventative maintenance Traveling to job sites for mobile service calls and repairs Meeting all quality standards, company expectations, and safety protocols Completing detailed service reports, coordinating with the operations team, and tackling other responsibilities as assigned Supporting construction crews with field work and project needs when required

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of experience repairing and maintaining fleet vehicles or heavy equipment Valid and current Class A or B CDL Proactive problem-solving skills Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to perform mobile repair work at various job sites Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
