CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize and distribute the day's schedule to prepare for incoming guests and manage efficient workflow through the shop, selling work needed to satisfy customer requests and maximize profitability. Create a 5-star experience while leading each customer through the service journey to inspire trust and loyalty. Take ownership and expedite the well-organized preparation of information and paperwork for all departments. Also, attentively communicate with the customer and coordinate vehicles through the shop, car wash, and loaner department. Assist the Service Manager with the tactful management of high-expectation customers. Take ownership of resolving customer service concerns. Scott Auto Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
