Our stable team works great together and we offer an environment where people want to call home for a long time. Experienced service manager and parts department to assist as needed. We offer a steady schedule M-F with no evenings, and one Saturday scheduled every 3 weeks from 8:00am-12:00pm. Competitive pay and great benefits. We pay our techs hourly so they don't have to worry about lack of work or a poor week reducing their expected pay. They are then rewarded with an efficiency bonus if able to produce more hours than their attendance. Combined earnings should range between $40,000-60,000/year depending on experience and bonus performance. We are looking for someone who will primarily be working on our alignment rack. This position focuses more on maintenance than repair.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, usually smaller issues for this position.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports on findings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to automotive repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
