This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with a background in automotive service, dealership operations, or repair shop advising. Responsibilities Manage service lane operations, scheduling, and repair order workflow Greet customers, perform write-ups, and recommend maintenance and repair services Upsell services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations Provide clear communication on repair status, timelines, and costs Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and service team Resolve customer concerns and ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores Qualifications Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Automotive Consultant preferred Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Organized, reliable, and team-oriented Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (vacation, personal days, birthday) On-site gym and employee events Career growth and training opportunities
