SERVICE ADVISOR

Ertle Subaru Auto dealership is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor. This position is the dealerships first line Service Representative. Ertle Subaru has been servicing the Poconos for over 50 years with pride in our exceptional customer service, quality of work and providing our staff with a great work environment. Our Service Advisors encompass the proper customer satisfaction of our customers and vehicle related problems, meeting pre-determined service sales objectives with thorough and accurate performance of designated activities. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for all customers Promptly greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner while listening to their genuine concerns Offer logistical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customers concerns Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended Present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to every service customer Answer all incoming service calls promptly, courteously and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry Carefully inspect every vehicle before and after the finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy and legibility Perform other specific administration duties as directed by service management Maintain communications with the technical staff regarding job status changes Communicate with customers throughout their vehicle's service What we offer: Competitive pay package with unlimited potential for growth.
