Auto Detailer / Car Care Tech

Paradeis Car Care is looking to add a motivated Automotive Detailer to our growing team in Colorado Springs . We specialize in high-end ceramic coatings and are expanding into window tinting . This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with cars and wants to learn professional detailing skills in a fast-growing shop.

Pay:

$18-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Growth Opportunity :

Pay can scale quickly to $25-$30 per hour as skills and responsibilities increase. Responsibilities Assist with setting up and preparing our shop and mobile detailing equipment for daily operations Wash and dry vehicles safely Assist with vehicle decontamination and preparation Learn interior detailing techniques including vacuuming, steam cleaning, and interior protection Assist with paint correction and ceramic coating preparation Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment Requirements Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Good work ethic and punctuality Ability to work with hands, stand for extended periods and able to lift 30-40 lbs at times Detailing experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person Ideal Candidate This position is great for car enthusiasts who enjoy working around vehicles and want to develop professional detailing skills.
